Key responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of Chinese Embassy's policy and provide relevant information to the applicants
  • Ensuring relevant documents from applicants are received and correct
  • Ensure accuracy of data input on the system
  • Regularly produce reports for Management

Requirements:


  • Degree educated or relevant qualification
  • Customer service and cashier work experience
  • Data management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player with ability to drive work plan independently
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
