Imperial Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our client in Sutton-In-Ashfield working in Mould and Paint.

The role will comprise achieving value stream targets and Hi5 Targets.


Hours and Pay:

Monday - Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday 7.30am-2pm.

£27,500 - £31,000pa


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver set operational targets through problem solving and collaboration with the Group lead and Operation Team members.
  • To identify and deliver Operational training in line with employee development plans. Also support and run induction and complete probation assessment periods.
  • Ensure team compliance is to certification.
  • To assist the Group lead in daytoday activities as required.
  • Support relationships and work with key stake holders such as Supply chain, planning, quality and engineering.
  • Assist with scrap walks and process through action required.
  • Provide knowledge to technical processes to offer resolutions to overcome operational issues.

Requirements:


  • 5 Years manufacturing experience in a lead role.
  • Prior ability to manage peaks and trough volume.
  • Excel knowledge and IT literate.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Manufacturing practices.
  • IOSH qualification would be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Active listener and problem solver.
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise.
