Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding Technical Helpdesk in Manchester.


Salary:
£22,000 basic plus overtime for weekend rota


Technical Helpdesk Agent Duties:


  • Provide support on all customer queries (inbound and outbound activity)
  • Liaise with internal customers
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners in relation to the new customer approval process
  • Supporting the department manager to ensure daily and monthly KPI's are achieved

Technical Helpdesk Agent Requirements:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, clear and confident communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record in a customer service role
