We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding Technical Helpdesk in Manchester.Salary:
£22,000 basic plus overtime for weekend rota
Technical Helpdesk Agent Duties:
- Provide support on all customer queries (inbound and outbound activity)
- Liaise with internal customers
- Liaise with suppliers and partners in relation to the new customer approval process
- Supporting the department manager to ensure daily and monthly KPI's are achieved
Technical Helpdesk Agent Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, clear and confident communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record in a customer service role
