Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding Technical Helpdesk in Manchester.

Salary:
£22,000 basic plus overtime for weekend rota

Technical Helpdesk Agent Duties:

Provide support on all customer queries (inbound and outbound activity)
Liaise with internal customers
Liaise with suppliers and partners in relation to the new customer approval process
Supporting the department manager to ensure daily and monthly KPI's are achieved

Technical Helpdesk Agent Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail
Professional, clear and confident communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proven track record in a customer service role
