Hourly Rate:
From 10.42

Full-Time Hours

To be considered for the role of Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) you will have:
A minimum of a Level 3 childcare related qualification

GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September 2014)

Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks

Good time management and organisational skills

About this Nursery:This well established day nursery located in the heart of Bordon. It is the fourth and newest setting from our clients family owned chain. They provide flexible childcare solutions for hard working parents and offer high standards of care for up to 110 children daily between the ages of 3 months

5 years over 51 weeks of the year.

They are currently looking for a strong, experienced and ambitious team player to join our team in Bordon as a Pre-School Suite Leader and key person (8-6pm/ 4.5 days per week).

The role of a Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) within the Nursery involves:
Providing high quality care at all times

Acting as a Key person to a number of children and maintaining regular contact with parents

Ensuring that the Room is compliant with internal and external policies and regulations

Planning daily activities, in line with EYFS curriculum

Carrying out supervisions and evaluations

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring they are filed accordingly

Acting as a mentor and providing leadership to junior members of staff

Ensuring that the Room and Nursery has good staffing levels and arrange cover when needed
