  • 69757A leading and successful UK construction business is currently recruiting for a Senior Reward Manager to lead and provide a costeffective reward and recognition structure and framework to the business.


Reporting to the HR Director, this is a newly created role to drive high performance, ensure market competitiveness, and support employee engagement, attraction and retention.

The role will initially be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities for the successful Senior Reward Manager will include:

  • Liaising with Stakeholders to REMCO to develop proposals and discussion papers.
  • Write the annual remuneration report.
  • Lead, support and collaborate with others to develop and implement Corporate and complex Company wide strategic reward and recognition projects.
  • Lead on the strategy for corporate pay negotiations.
  • Lead the communication and administration of the annual pay review processes.
  • Lead the communication and administration of existing incentive, bonus and LTIP schemes.
  • Lead the communication, governance and management of the companies existing pension schemes and providers.
  • Lead and ensure governance of the corporate job evaluation and salary benchmarking frameworks.
  • Lead the review and updating of key policies.
  • Lead a full review and propose new structure for terms and conditions.
  • Manage and maintain HR governance for all reward and recognition related activities.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience required:

Essential:

  • Experience of strategic reward and recognition.
  • Experience leading and implementing the transformation of reward programs in large organisations.
  • Excellent demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills up to board level.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading a team
Ideally, you will also be CIPD qualified at degree level.
