This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join a friendly team in Oxford on a temporary basis to cover a Maternity leave.

Description

The Finance Administrator's principal roles and key responsibilities:
Finance Provide NetSuite administration support.

  • Data entry of credit and debit invoices, internal and external vendors.
  • Maintain data records of vendors.
  • Run Bank reconciliations.
  • Create initial templates for new vendors/payments etc.
  • Support with the initiation of payment runs
  • Support Assistant Treasurer in the collection and uploading of cash forecast data in the Crowd data system.
  • Monitor forecasts received and follow up with local cash managers to ensure a submission is received from all entities each month.
  • Maintain and update the tax cash database, log payments, chase payments, enter MTP expected payments.
  • Maintain tax fees files, engagement letters and asset transfer documentation.
  • Maintain dividend distribution documentation and internal approvals.
Admin

  • Provide administrative support such as but not limited to document filing, photocopying, book meeting rooms for staff and visitors, arrange working lunches.
  • Book travel via Egencia / parking / arrange visas if necessary / hotels / make sure local transport is in place.
  • Book accommodation / transport for visitors.
  • Meet and greet visitors.

Profile

The Finance Administrator will have:

  • Aministrative or business experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
