We are a leading company in electrical lighting, and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Prototype Electric Supervisor to join our team in Great Waltham, Chelmsford.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a critical role in the development of our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daytoday operations of the prototyping team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the development of electrical components and prototypes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address any challenges or issues that arise during the prototyping process
Manage resources effectively, including personnel and equipment
Ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all team members
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
Provide regular progress updates to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a supervisor or manager, ideally within an electrical or prototyping environment
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to commute to Great Waltham, as there is no public transportation available

Desirable:

A degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field
Experience with electric lighting or prototyping

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
