Beeston Village Surgery is a GP practice in South Leeds. We are committed to achieving high standards of general practice and the safe delivery of patient care.
Our Receptionists/Administrators are known as Patient Care Advisers as their role is so much more than answering the phone and booking appointments.
Our Patient Care Advisers provide support to the whole practice team and are the first point of contact for patients, other healthcare professionals and visitors contacting the practice either on the phone or face to face.
They receive, support and signpost patients to the most appropriate service or healthcare professional in a calm, efficient and effective manner.
Providing a full reception/administrative service to the practice team and patients.
Patents are offered telephone, face to face or video consultations by our Patient Care Adviser team or signposting to another appropriate service.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff (in common areas), patients and visitors are requested to wear a face mask unless exempt. Surfaces are regularly sanitised. Vaccination status required for all staff members
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds, LS11 8PN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
