Buyers Admin Assistant | Ladies Fashion | London | Salary up to £23,000
At Zachary Daniels, we are excited to be partnering with one of the UK's largest high-street retailers.

This brand have been providing wardrobe staples across the industry for over 40 years and are now looking for a Buyers Admin Assistant to come and jointheir product team.

The opportunities here are endless with being able to work closely to your Buyer, develop new product, attend meetings and share your knowledge of Instagram, influencers & emerging trends with the wider team

For the role of Buyers Admin Assistant you will:

Have industry experience from university placement or internships
Look after and manager the critical path
Support Buyer and Assistant Buyer with the request of initial samples
Support the Assistant Buyer with sample management
Attend weekly fit sessions with your Buyer and Garment Technologist
Conduct competitor reports monthly
Keep the department organised with post and submissions from suppliers
Attend Monday Trade and Sign Off meetings
Support the team with pulling necessary notes and presentations for key meetings
When established, be confident with presenting
Organise samples for internal shoots
Send samples to social and marketing teams for influencers, instagram and tiktok use

You will be:

In a Buying role already or a recent Fashion graduate with a relevant degree to Buying & Merchandising
Interested in ladieswear
Up to date with the latest trends
Fashion obsessed
Clear communicator
Organised with a high level of attention to detail

In return you will gain great exposure to your product area through being involved with the full buying process all with the support of an experienced Buyer.
