Description

We are an independent Jaguar Land Rover Specialist looking for an administrator to support our Service/Workshop Manager, based in Burgess Hill.

You must be friendly outgoing and be happy to work as a team.

Full on the job training will be given, salary negotiable depending on experience, with an uplift/review at given times and milestones.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (can be flexible)


You will need to be:

  • Organised
  • Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Good administration skills
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Using MS Office skills like Word, Excel
  • Able to work in a team
  • You must be able to take phone calls and communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Driving License preferred

Job Role:
Preparing for the job to arrive on site, ordering parts, processing purchase orders, and allocating parts to relevant jobs.

Welcoming Customers on site and overlooking job notes, checking credentials, and updating as required.

Liaising with Workshop manager and technicians for any additional work required, creating estimates, scheduling further work.

Managing office supplies

Filling company documentation and maintaining records.

Managing our social media pages, replying to reviews.

Keeping the office and back office clean and tidy.


Job Types:

Salary:
£16,431.84-£25,348.47 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Burgess Hill: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
