As a People Services Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you'll be contributing to an ever growing established company that's helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the role

• Based in WestonsuperMare (Worle)
• Monday to Friday
• Remote working 2 days a week once trained.
• Offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity.

What will I be doing?

• To provide front line full employee life cycle process administration, supporting with the daily operational activities.
• Supporting the HR Managers with any and all administration requests.
• Following guidelines and compliance of GDPR
• Complete ownership of new employee contracts and onboarding
• Upkeep and maintenance of employee files
• Support the team with further tasks when required

What are the Requirements?

• Understanding of HR Databases and system administration duties
• Competent using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Motivated, positive and upbeat self starter
• Organised and takes a planned approach
• Ability to communicate with all areas of the business and adapt contents depending on audience
• Good attention to detail and well organised
