The Team:


Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the demands of the organisation, require an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our Newcastle office based Finance Team.

With proven experience in a payroll environment and finance related function within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have a highly organised and proactive approach to your work.

You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines - making use of your initiative, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.


You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and ensuring the consistent delivery of an excellent service.

Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is desirable, although not essential.

Essential Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of UK payroll and PAYE
  • Experience of administering pension contributions to scheme
  • Good command of Excel and Word
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse data
  • Ability to work to agreed deadlines
  • Proactive approach to working
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
