Description
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in a Specialist SEN School in Trafford.

As a member of staff at this school you will be responsible for the health and well being of the students.

As such, you will most likely witness some challenging behaviours that the school will provide training and guidance on how best to handle them.

You will work closely with class teachers and other staff members to help support students to develop and learn.


This role does not require any experience in similar roles, but it is essential that you have a dedication and passion for working with students and approach them with empathy, patience and understanding.

Some basic training is available before you start.

Hours will be 8:30am - 4pm and pay rate is between £90 - £100, depending on experience.


We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has:

  • A passion for working with children who have Special Educational Needs
  • Experience of working with young children
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The enthusiasm and ability to motivate young children and build on their successes.
  • A commitment to high expectations to meet the needs of all children.
  • Experience of working collaboratively within a team of people to provide a stimulating learning environment.
  • The ability to share your expertise, knowledge and understanding of young children's needs and achievements with parents.
  • Willingness to give 100%
