Housing Officer HOUSING REVIEWS OFFICER

My client based in Charnwood is recruiting for a Housing Reviews Officer. This is a three-month rolling contract with an umbrella hourly rate of £22.74 umbrella. This role reports to the Housing Needs Manager.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Completing and coordinating reviews of the housing register
  • Reviewing decisions relating to homelessness decisions
  • Ensuring compliance with council policy
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Liaising with accommodation and housing providers
  • Ensuring the timely submission of performance reports
  • Identifying and reporting any relevant safeguarding concerns about customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£22.74 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in TRURO
