Description

We have a great opportunity based at our Central Beds College campus for a Enquiries Advisor to become a key member of our Student Services department.

As a Enquiries Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Providing flexible administrative and professional services, ensuring a highly professional first line response to all stakeholders.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive initial information and advice whilst working closely with learning area teams on uptodate information
  • Being a key player in delivering excellence throughout all stages of the learner journey and you will provide a flexible set of generic services across the range of our learners.
  • Ensuring that all learners and internal and external customers receive excellent customer care from all staff within the learning resource centre/welfare team/enquiries team and admissions and enrolments.
  • GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths.
