GENERAL MANAGER WANTED TO LAUNCH NEW CONCEPT RESTAURANT IN CENTRAL LONDON

I have a new role with a very successful restaurant group who needs a General Manager for their new concept restaurant that they will be opening in Central London early next year.

My Client runs two very successful venues in London and is due to open 4 new restaurants this year.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the day-to
- day profitability of this exciting new venue.

Working with the management team you will be responsible for the launch and then the day-to-day running of this spectacular new venue.

This is a very entrepreneurial role and your rewards will be closely linked to performance.
Would ideally suit a general manager with experience of opening new restaurants or venues.
You must have GM experience with restaurants that take in excess of £100k per week.
