Ellis Mack Recruitment is working with an independent, multi-site Restaurant and Bar operator looking to recruit an Area Manager for sites across Glasgow

This is a multi-site role and requires a talented, sales focused Area Manager with experience running demanding multiple, diverse and high volume operations.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Business development networking, Sales & Marketing, offer development.
• P+L accountability for units
• Forecasting & budgetary responsibilities for Area
• Working with site management and their teams to drive sales and contribution.
• HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Auditing standards across every aspect of Ops from Stocks to delivery of front of house offer.
• Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll.
• Achieving all KPI targets for your businesses through effective controls and management.

Skills/Experience:

• Have experience managing high volume Bars & Restaurants.
• Possess a passion and knowledge for food and drink.
• Have experience developing successful Sales & Marketing strategies
• Be commercially astute and driven by results across all metrics.
• Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
• Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
