We're a FoodTech scale-up with over £25 Million of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the licensing of 'virtual' food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there's about 70,000 of them in the UK.

We've grown massively in a short period of time and have operations in the UK, USA, France and UAE.

We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery Apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

In short, we're defining the future of the food delivery market Nobody's growing as fast as us in the UK, and we're looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are currently looking for a

Performance Executive based in our London Headquarter.

You'll join our rapidly growing Account Management team, focused on growing a specific area of the UK.

This means working closely with our Partners to ensure a positive account lifecycle, working internally (with Marketing and others) to ensure the right levers are being pulled, and building bigger and better processes to drive growth.

You'll be on hand when new sites go live and responsible for reviewing performance and identifying fixes, as well as selling new services and products.

This role has an emphasis on relationship building and having a strong personality will set you in good stead when developing partner performance.


Your tasks:

Grow the performance (revenue) of your area:you will be in charge of a specific geographical region, ensuring that our partners hit their revenue targets and perform the best they possibly can for their customers

Embed our operating standards: we need our partners to take ownership of their performance. You set the context and land the message.


KPI:
ensure all sites operate at 4.5* and <14-mins food prep. time.

Support our partners (from launch and beyond): you'll own the end-to-end management of sites; with partners every step of the way from creating their first order to being a roaring success with our brands. You're the go to person for our partners. You will be interacting with our partners on a frequent basis both in person and virtually.

Deploy our training programme:you'll make sure our partners have all the training they need to be a success. You're the muscle for our partner onboarding plans and you're the protector of our brand standards.


KPI:
4x Partners onboarded per month.

Build positive partner relationships:you're the face of the business and the human touch. You build respectful relationships so that you can execute our performance frameworks.


KPI:
your Partner NPS ('net promoter score') is 60+.


Requirements:


  • Top tier university degree.
  • You're an excellent communicator, you're calm under pressure and you're able to easily collaborate and work with others.
  • You enjoy managing and influencing people and building relationships.
  • You have strong conflict resolution skills and can navigate complex conversations.
  • You're excellent at managing your time and able to juggle multiple accounts whilst providing great service.
  • You're equally passionate about food and high quality account experience.
  • You are able to work well under pressure.
  • Previous restaurant / commercial kitchen experience would also be good.
