Description

As a Customer Works Coordinator you will assist the team in organising a wide range of projects from small works, reactive works to larger construction projects.

This will need to be done in a professional and dynamic manner keeping the companies key focus points at the centre of the role:


  • Health & Safety.
  • Customer Service.
  • Profitability.

Essential requirements to the role;

  • Experience in one (minimum) of the following industries;
  • General Building
  • Interior Fit out
  • Roofing
  • Civils
  • Building Services
  • Facility Management
Experience coordinating reactive and planned works, inclusive of general building, services and/or facility management is required.


Role:


  • Liaise with multiple key customers and maintain relationships.
  • Respond and manage enquiries regarding quotations and works from new and existing customers.
  • Build a scope of works and quotations based on customer requests, available information and experience.
  • Schedule in house and subcontract labour.
  • Manage and review subcontract quotations and invoicing.
  • Compile and review basic RAMS.
  • Ensure company H&S requirements and responsibilities are followed, and have the ability to translate these into working practice.
  • Ensure all quotations and work orders are completed to time, and leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate a commercial understanding.
  • Manage and process works information for invoicing.
  • All tasks will be undertaken in line with the Company Handbook and associated procedures/policies by the Management.
  • Always represent the Company in a polite and professional manner.
  • Works as a full member of the team.

Desirable requirements to the role:


  • Relevant experience in a Construction/Facility management based setting

Salary:
£16, £23,500.00 per year dependant on experience and agreed hours, 31days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, enrolment of company health plan following 1 years successful employment.
