We are currently looking for a Dispensing Optician Manager to join a lovely opticians based in Cheylesmore, West Midlands.


The Directors of the practice are looking to create a patient centred environment where the team can enjoy themselves whilst developing their careers.


Dispensing Optician Manager - Role

  • Wellestablished practice with customer care at the heart
  • Quality support from the directors
  • Helping lead the high quality team with the focus on high levels of customer care
  • Provide comprehensive dispensing service
  • Lead from the front
  • Prescreening, collections, adjustments etc.
  • Full time position including weekends
  • Professional fees covered
  • Extensive opportunities for development
  • Salary package up to £30,000

Dispensing Optician Manager - Requirements

  • GOC registered
  • Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
  • Be able to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality customer care
  • Ability to learn and want to develop
