Day to day tasks include:
Printing off arrival and departure lists and collecting keys for maintenance
Answering the phone and taking bookings/payments
Restocking shelves, fridges in shop
Checking housekeeping board and liaising with housekeeping
Check day book ops and liaise with maintenance
Inputting reservations on booking platform
Checking in guests and serving people in shop
Checking float & cashing up till
Training will be given so there is scope for the role to grow and include more responsibility.
The job will average 35/hrs a week (30/hrs one week 40/hrs the next March - Dec; slightly reduced hours Jan/Feb) days of the week will vary and weekend work will be required.
