Principal Mechanical Design Engineer - Opto-Mechanical - FEA - Oxfordshire - £55K-£65K

My client designs and develops sensors for high stress environments, and because of continued success are looking for a principal mechanical engineer to join their Oxfordshire based team.

**
Main Duties:+ Lead the mechanical development of equipment for cutting-edge optical based products

Be responsible for prioritising the mechanical engineering task list
Provide support and assistance for more junior engineers**
Skills and experience required: Create complex models and assemblies using Solidworks 3D CAD
Experienced in design of complex mechancial mechanisms
Thermal Analysis, FEA, CFD or Stress analysis experience
Strong fundamental mechanical engineering knowledge
