Newfield Dairy Ice Cream Parlour and Café is situated in rural Nottinghamshire.

The parlour has achieved local recognition and acclaim for its award-winning artisan ice cream. We have a freshly prepared lunch menu and use local produce, wherever possible.

We are now looking for a member of staff to join us in our continued development.

We pride ourselves on our fantastic customer service and enthusiasm for what we produce. We are passionate about our business and expect the same passion and dedication from you.

First and foremost, you need to be an exceptional host with:

Strong motivational and influential people skills
An approachable manner and a "hands on" attitude
An eye for detail at all levels, and the ability to oversee the different areas of our business.
Passion to deliver a great customer experience under pressure

You will preferably have good experience in a similar role, bringing to us your:

Drive and energy.
A passion for good food and drink.
The ability to coach and develop staff.
Adaptability and receptiveness to a developing business.

We are looking for an individual who will bring ideas and vitality to a unique business in the country. You will assist in service, ordering, Health & Safety and Management of the business.

The role will be 16+ hours per week which will include weekends and bank holidays

Due to our location your own transport is essential
