Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility management for customers
- Process customer orders, credits, debits and invoices using SAP efficiently and effectively
- Checking and clearing of the SAP orders to ensure a proper process in the organisation is carried out
- Manage and oversee customer deliveries; provide updates regarding ETAs and stock availability
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints swiftly to customers satisfaction when necessary
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in programs such as SAP, Salesforce and Excel; used on a daily basis
- Display great communication, relationshipbuilding and influencing skills; competent in building customer relationships which inspire confidence and loyalty
