Job Title:
Sales Administrator


Salary:
£27-30,000


Location:
Gravesend


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain facility management for customers
  • Process customer orders, credits, debits and invoices using SAP efficiently and effectively
  • Checking and clearing of the SAP orders to ensure a proper process in the organisation is carried out
  • Manage and oversee customer deliveries; provide updates regarding ETAs and stock availability
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints swiftly to customers satisfaction when necessary

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in programs such as SAP, Salesforce and Excel; used on a daily basis
  • Display great communication, relationshipbuilding and influencing skills; competent in building customer relationships which inspire confidence and loyalty
