Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team.

The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.


Duties:


  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners

Experience:


  • Experience in a sales leadership role is preferred, but not rquired
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Strategic thinker with a customerfocused mindset

Pay:
From £24,536.00 per year

  • 10 hour shift

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
