Conveyancing Assistant - Pontefract


The Firm:


  • Team of specialists dealing with residential and commercial property

The Role:


  • You will be working within a close knit highly experienced team assisting a residential conveyancer with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
  • Remortgages
  • Leasehold flats
  • Newbuilds
  • Transfers of Equity

Requirements:


  • Must have experience assisting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload
  • Must be able to work within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
