Client Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their IT support needs.
Customer Onboarding:
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services and solutions.
Proactive Communication:
Initiate regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Issue Resolution:
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Client Retention:
Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
Feedback Analysis:
Analyse client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance overall service quality.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure a cohesive and client-centric approach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in IT support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand IT solutions and services.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
