We are one of Hertfordshire's largest suppliers of tools and accessories, wholesaling to dealers across the UK and selling direct to local businesses in the Herts area.

We've been in business for over 25 years and pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell and our high levels of customer service.

We operate from 2 sites 5 miles apart; one in Hatfield and one in Park St, St Albans and require an energetic, capable, versatile individual who is able to work in both locations as required.

As there will be a requirement for delivering stock to each unit a full driving licence is required.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, committed, and full of energy, able to get on with everyone, staff, and customers alike and able to multi-task.

Previous sales experience in retail / an interest in DIY and a knowledge of tools is a bonus for this role.

Driving licence is a requirement.

Some Saturday working, and overtime available


We need you to:

• Work between both our locations to transport stock and customer repairs
• Serve customers on our retail trade counter, dealing with customer enquiries, assisting customers with finding the right tool for the job and proactively making the sale.
• Assist repairs engineer with repairs and completion of repairs documentation.
• Assist operations manager with daily tasks for example checking incoming stock deliveries, & storing stock in correct location
• Assist other members of the team and customers when needed.

• Ability to move products which may require bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations.

• Highly productive with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and help customers when required.
