Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new role in North Birmingham? Do you have recent experience working with primary aged children with SEMH difficulties and SEN?

If so, the Education Network want to hear from you We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to work at a superb primary school rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

** £75 - £90 per day

The Behaviour Mentor Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be providing 1:1 support for a pupil in KS2 with additional needs. The pupil struggles with emotional regulation, so you will be managing challenging behaviour and minimising disruptions.

The priority is ensuring the wellbeing of the pupil and the rest of the class, providing a high level of pastoral support and emotional coaching.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will also support the pupil in the classroom with their work, differentiating learning materials to ensure they suit the needs and level of ability of the pupil you are working with.
