This is an exciting role working for a luxury e-commerce business, that has been established for over 20 yearsYou will be joining as a Customer Service/Marketing Assistant
Duties will include:
- Answering calls with customer queries
- Monitoring and replying to company reviews
- Handling social media enquiries
- Communication with social influencers
- General administrative tasks
- Sending mailers to clients
- Dealing with any order queries and recording transactions
- Recording daily returns and completing paperwork for the accounts department
- Ordering office stationary and hygiene supplies
This is a very high-end company and therefore your communication style verbally and non-verbally must be articulate, stylish, and confident.
