Position:
Housekeeper for Private Estate near Windsor Park

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team at a private estate near Windsor Park in Surrey.

Working under the guidance of an experienced House Coordinator, you'll contribute to maintaining excellent standard of cleanliness and organization across the estate's buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the House Coordinator to deliver comprehensive housekeeping and cleaning services, ensuring both interior and exterior areas of the house and outbuildings are impeccably maintained.
• Maintain accurate inventories of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, promptly notifying the House Coordinator of any needs for replenishment or replacement.
• Execute cleaning schedules and housekeeping maintenance tasks according to established standards under the direction of the House Coordinator.
• Preserve soft furnishings in their designated positions.
• Oversee upkeep of both front and back of house areas, including linens, crockery, cutlery, service items, equipment, and soft furnishings.
• Provide valet services as requested and assist with light laundry duties when required.
• Support the Estate team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of outbuildings and storage areas.
• Supervise onsite contractors to ensure work and maintenance are completed to specifications.
• Offer assistance to other departments, including the grounds team, as needed throughout the year.
• Report any issues with the house or equipment promptly for timely resolution.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the provided uniform standards.

Requirements:

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum of 2 years of handson housekeeping experience in either a 5star hotel or highnetworth private home setting.
• Reside within a 40minute commute of the work location.
• Demonstrated history of positive teamwork.

Package:

• Salary: £30,000 £32,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: 8am to 4pm.
Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off, typically Fridays/Saturdays or alternate weekdays. Flexibility for overtime and altered schedules during summer residence periods.
Annual Leave: 28 days per year

£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
