***Since opening in 2015, HOME has built a reputation as one of the UK's most exciting and innovative arts and cultural destinations.

HOME's ambition is to push the boundaries of form and technology, to experiment, have fun, take risks and share great new art with the widest possible audience.

People head to HOME to discover new art, new experiences and new stories, from the city of Manchester, and across the world.

As of today, over four million people have visited HOME to see thrilling theatre and dance shows, experience great independent films from across the world, dive into the new art in the galleries, relax in the café and browse the bookshop.

With 5 cinema screens, 2 theatres and a 500m2 gallery space, they are one of the few organisations in the UK to commission, produce and present work across all three artforms.

They have built a reputation for high-quality programming and for supporting talent regionally and nationally.

Their work in intentionally inclusive, and they have an impressive track record of supporting over 300 emerging artists every year, including championing the development of individuals including Javaad Alipoor, Liz Richardson and Scottee.

Through their development of one of the most commercially successful independent cinemas in the UK, they have helped move the dialogue away from the notion of London as the cultural centre for film.

HOME takes Manchester to the world, and invites the world to Manchester.

As part of their continued development, they are seeking an audience focused and experienced multi-artform programmer and producer with arts centre and/or festival experience to work alongside the Executive Director, Karen O'Neill, as Creative Director/co-CEO.

HOME's history is impressive, but more remains to be done - established, but not establishment, they are one of the UK's most respected artistic centres.

This role will ensure the organisation's next decade is as successful as it's first.
