SEN Teaching Assistant - Hackney
Are you a recent Graduate looking for to gain experience working within Education?

Are you an aspiring Teacher, Educational Psychologist or have ambitions within schools?


If you are, we have an OFSTED Rated "Good" Special Needs school in Hackney who are looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant's looking for opportunities to work with SEN students.


The school caters for and works with students from EYFS through to Sixth Form with mixed learning levels and needs, ranging from PMLD, SLD, SpLD, MLD, Autism, ADHD and physical disabilities.


The role will be a mixture of supporting students 1:1 as well as supporting small groups and general class support for the teacher.


Job Details - SEN Teaching Assistant - Graduate - Hackney

  • Working with different abilities of student including supporting needs such as ASD, ADHD and SEMH.
  • Working across age groups
  • ASAP start. Fulltime, longterm role until at least July 2023 with an option for a permanent contract.
- £77-£90 per day
  • PAYE option available.

  • Recent Graduate in any discipline
  • Ambitious in Education. Any aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists or SENDCos are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Enthusiastic, Reliable and Empathetic
  • Must be able to work well within a team of Teaching Assistants

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
