Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Product function as we bring an exciting new product to market.

You will be directly responsible for the look and feel of this consumer facing financial services app, it is essential that we create a best in class, seamless customer journey with a beautiful user interface.

We will be taking a design first approach to the delivery of the product, everything will start and finish with the user experience.

You will fit into our product team, interfacing with product managers, development, business analysts and most importantly - customers.

You will have worked in a fintech or financial services environment, ideally a startup and will have examples of the awesome work you have done previously.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Senior UX Designer will:

Be responsible for the look and feel of the product, including user journeys and ensuring that the experience is seamless and friction free
Will work with our product managers and business analysts to design all interaction pages. Our design first approach to this product will put you firmly in the critical path on the development journey
Utilise and create journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, interactions, prototypes, design specifications to develop endtoend user flows
Engage with stakeholders across the business and our customers to create a best in class user journey.
Constantly test and iterate our processes

Skills and Experience

Five years of experience in a fintech or financial services environment where you have taken consumer facing apps to market. You will be able to show me your previous work and how amazing the customer experience is
Used to working in a fast paced agile environment alongside developers, product managers and business analysts
Experience of using latest generation design and collaboration tools. You bring your preference to us
Great storyteller, presenter, and researcher
Selfstarter, used to self motivation and working independently
