CUSTOMER SERVICE ADIVSOR OPPORTUNITY

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their award-winning team based in Stockton.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE?

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
  • Understanding and delivering excellent customer experience
  • Upselling on service work and service plans
  • Dealing with motor trade dealer management and database software
  • Dealing with warranty work and manufacturer requirements
  • Working as part of a team, as well as with own initiative
  • You must also be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for your role, with an attention for detail and have the ability to consistently work to high standards
  • Displaying excellent organization skills and the ability to work under pressure

PREFERRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the motor trade
  • Fully comfortable in a customer facing role
  • Confidence
  • Polite & caring nature
