We have been providing high quality training, coaching and consultancy for 20 years. We serve members across England and also deliver a range of improvement networks.
We provide a diverse range of services across six key workstreams. We tailor all of our membership solutions to meet the exact needs of our members. We currently have over 80 member organisations, including NHS trusts, CCGs and CSUs.
More than 15,000 people have attended one of our training events in 2020.


An exciting opportunity has arisen in the organisation for 2 x Digital focused roles to drive NHS Elect digital strategy forward.


The Head of Digital Communication will use their incredible knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to drive forward NHS Elect's digital communications activity.


NHS Elect is a national NHS organisation that provides training, consultancy and coaching to more than 80 other NHS organisations, as well as running several national clinical networks.
