Lettings Experience Required

Day to day duties include:

  • Booking viewings & valuations of properties in Telford, Shropshire
  • Liaising with homeowners to discuss marketing activity and build relationships
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring current legislation and regulations are adhered to
  • Providing a professional and courtesy approach to all clients
  • Assisting with social media pages

Salary is basic £21,500 plus commission - OTE £25,000
