Job overview:


Are you looking for an administrative role predominantly based at home? Our friendly, fast-paced Senior Leadership Business Support Team have an exciting opportunity for a Management Support Administrator to join this existing team


Predominantly working from home, but expectation of travel to teams, as required, based across Norfolk and Waveney to support service delivery.

This is a substantive position; we are ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time (37.5 hours) basis.

Our service offers a welcoming and supportive environment.

The Business Support Team predominantly supports the Core Care Group and Senior Leadership Team; however, responsibilities may change dependent on service need.

In this post you will need a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word & Excel which are essential.

Knowledge of NHS systems such as ESR, Oracle, Trac and Health Roster would be an advantage, however you can expect comprehensive training to ensure you understand the different processes and systems we use.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation, and administration skills. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

Main duties of the job:


You will need to have experience in diary management as required for team members to include appointments and meetings, minuting of meetings, recruitment, using Oracle, using electronic systems to input and access information as required and attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post.

General administrative duties will also be undertaken to support the wider Service Business Support Team and will include, but not be limited to, accurate and timely input into Trust electronic systems, maintaining paper and electronic health records and liaising with other Teams/Agencies as necessary
