Marketing Events Executive / Marketing Event Coordinator

Swansea (Hybrid Working)

Up to £35,000

One of our information security clients seen an experienced marketing events coordinator / executive to coordinate and host external facing events whilst planning and managing the trade events' calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements and assisting with event marketing.

This is a full time, permanent role that will offer a competitive starting salary of up to £35,000 with additional benefits to include:

25 days per holiday year plus 8 statutory bank holidays.

Duties of the Marketing Event Executive include: -

Planning, coordination, and execution of events that support current sales and marketing initiatives
Research and develop potential trade show events that support entrance into new markets and product launches
Manage internal attendance for events and tradeshows, working in conjunction with sales and product teams
Develop and maintain trade show budgets, track expenses and report on trade show results.

Skills & Experience Required

Marketing events coordination and compilation
Attendance at trade shows and fairs on behalf of your employer
Coordination of invitations to customer networks
Arranging travel and resources for the event to take place in the UK and overseas
Confident ability to plan executives and VIPs to attend events
Diary Management and budget planning

Ideal skills and knowledge around information technology, information security and IT would be advantageous however this industry exposure is not essential for those who meet the person specification.
