We have an exciting opportunity for you to work in our Dementia Outreach Service, based within the Integrated Mental Health Hub at St.

Mary's.


We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for delivering excellent care to people living with Dementia to join the work of our team.

The team operates a 7-day service, between 8am-6pm.

Applicants for this post must be flexible and available across 7 days.
