OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADER

Salary:
Band 7 - £40,057 to £45,893 per annum
Locations: Guildford Dispatch Desk


We are looking for an experienced and engaged Paramedic to join our operational leadership team within Guildford Dispatch Desk as an Operational Team Leader.

The successful applicant will be a keen problem solver, dedicated to providing compassionate leadership to our frontline teams.


In order to apply, you must have successfully completed a minimum of two years as a practicing, HCPC registered clinician in a front line delivery emergency focused role.

You will have the passion and drive to support your team to deliver the highest levels of patient care and clinical safety.

The Trust has the right to require you to work from any location from which the Trust may operate and as may be reasonably required by the Trust for the proper performance of your duties
