Your mission To control the stock movement of goods in/out of the store and ensure stockroom disciplines are maintained to companystandards.

What will your objectives be? Stock Control:

To control the stock movement of goods in/out of the store.
To ensure Alterations are booked in / out and then transferred to the collection rails once completed.
To liaise with the head office OperationsAdministrator.
To liaise with the shop floor to ensure daily replenishment routines are adhered to.
To assist in the company stock takes and cyclical counting process.

Administration:

To ensure that all Transfer and delivery paperwork is filed daily andarchived monthly in accordance with policy and procedure. To liaise with the Administration Assistant to ensure all discrepancies are reported and filed for future reference. To ensure all negative stocks are actioned on a weekly basis.

Stockroom:

To ensureStockroom disciplines are maintained to company standards.
To ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to in the store and to advise the store management accordingly.
To Store stock safely and make it easy to get to.
Communicate to Managementand Staff regarding where items are stored.
