The Role:


We are recruiting for a Presentations Specialist to work evening at a boutique investment bank, freelancing on an ongoing basis.

You will have the ability to create and format documents such as pitch books, proposals, financial

statements and other types of presentations using PowerPoint, Word and Excel. It also requires

You will have the skills required to work in Excel to produce complex charts and knowledge of

Illustrator also required.


Responsibilities:


  • Creating and maintaining presentation materials in MS office using corporate
template

improvements in quality output for innovation and serviced excellence

  • Develop Knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving
understanding of document requirements and of providing excellent service

  • Understand quality and seeking continuous improvement of quality of work
  • Follow established job tracking and completion process and working to deadline
  • Advanced level PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Photoshop/Illustrator (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work as part of a global team
  • Liaise with clients regarding expected deadlines for completion
This role is working evenings, 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
