Description
We are a small software house and are are looking to appoint a self employed cleaner to work early mornings up to 15 hours a week, at times to suit.
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable, self employed cleaner who is passionate about their work and who takes pride in the services they provide.
Main Duties
- Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms.
- Cleaning of office areas to include vacuuming, dusting and a wipe down and clean all surfaces, desks, keyboards and PCs
- Replenishment of consumables eg soap, hand sanitisers, toilet roll etc.
- Emptying of bins and appropriate recycling of rubbish.
- Setting alarms upon leaving site.
- To follow instructions for cleaning products correctly in line with COSHH regulations.
- COVID additional measures: Disinfection of all surfaces that regularly come into contact with hands.
Essential qualities
- Conscientious with excellent attention to detail.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Trustworthy, reliable and able to work alone without supervision.
- Basic literacy/record keeping skills.
Further requirements
- It will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
- All Applicants must bring proof of the right to work in the UK to the interview stage.
