The Position


We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills as part of a hardworking and super friendly team.

Your main responsibility will be to support the Ecommerce Manager with the online trading of the Oliver Brown UK & ROW and separate US website.

Your focus will be on the day to day running and trading of the website to meet planned sales targets.

You will support the smooth running of our growing eCommerce business, working cross-functionally to assist with website merchandising, site maintenance, product upload, site projects to provide an outstanding user experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product uploads for UK and US stores and ensure accurate and up to date information including product descriptions, pricing, product imagery etc
  • Implement content updates in CMS (homepage, landing pages etc) Create collection pages based on trading activity and track performance.
  • Work closely with the Buying team to ensure all new products are published to the website and liaise with the Content Assistant to determine content needed to support product upload
  • Drive sales through product merchandising and identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to meet sales targets
  • Assisting with monthly marketing and ecommerce reporting
  • Manage content uploads for UK and US site briefed in from marketing and ecommerce teams
  • Action promotions and seasonal sales
  • Liaise with customer services team to resolve customer feedback and issues
  • Support Ecom operations

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and confident in their ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and an ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage a workload with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience using ecommerce CMS, experience using Shopify preferable
  • Basic understanding of web technologies including html, CSS, browsers etc.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
