We are looking for an Administrator to join our small team in Portishead for 4-16 hours a week, between Monday - Friday.
Shifts/days are flexible and will be discussed at interview.
As Park Home operators our schedules are always busy with numerous ongoing projects and no day is ever the same.
Duties will involve:
- Supporting the office manager with projects and daily tasks
- Scanning and filing for both admin and accounts
- Keeping spreadsheets and notes uptodate
- Answering the telephone, keeping accurate records of conversations
- Speaking with suppliers, customers and contractors by telephone
- Reporting progress and providing input/updates in group meetings
- Combination of accounts and admin support, including data entry
- Letter writing, enveloping, franking general administrative tasks
- Any other tasks on an adhoc basis
There will be times this position will require working alone, so self-motivation and the ability to work independently using own initiative is a must.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Administrative experience
Ideal skills, though not necessary and training will be provided, include:
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Knowledge of the Park Home / Mobile Home Site industry
