You will need to be able to demonstrate high level of craftmanship,
knowledge, be able to work alone on a wide range of equipment as well as being able to
supervise others when needed. An eye for detail and quality is important to ensure we deliver the
best for our client.
Skills & qualifications required:
- A time served in an apprenticeship
- Commercial gas qualifications including CODNCO1, CIGA1, CENWAT1, BMP1, CONGLP1
Some of the duties included are:
To carry out planned maintenance within plant room areas
Working around Central London, The West End, The City of London & home counties
Responding to reactive call outs and attending Energy Centre.
Combustion duties:
Servicing a wide range of commercial gas boiler from 250KW to 10 MW, to SFG
& Manufactures recommendations, whilst seeking to improve efficiency and reliability. Servicing
associated equipment such as gas boosters, plate heat exchangers, flues, gas detection /safety
systems etc.
Be a good problem solver and ability to fault find and rectify To carry out small remedial projects including boiler replacements, pipework mods, valve replacement etc.
Manage subcontractors and the company's other technical resources Oversee Health& Safety in line with our client's systems. Develop quotations for additional works and repairs as requiredOver the past 46 year we have built many strong and long-lasting relationships with our customer
base including site like Kew Gardens, London museums, MOD, Hospitals, Schools etc.
One of your first jobs will be to familiarise yourself with each site and get to know all the other
engineers as we work as a close team to help and support each other. You will help maintain a
full and accurate PPM and asset management system is something we want all our engineer
involved in, so you understand the importance of what we are trying to achieve.

within your field or other field.
