Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team.

As a Production Operator, you will receive full training and will be involved in all aspects of the production process including fulfilling orders on a production line, labelling and packaging products, ensuring a high level of safety and cleanliness at all times.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the cosmetics production process. This role will require you to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be operating processing and packing machinery, and you'll need to have a high level of attention to detail to ensure instructions and production plans are followed accurately, and for completing all related paperwork.

Responsibilities:

Flexible, pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work

Ensure that production processes are followed in line with the company and regulatory requirements

You will be responsible for reading and fulfilling invoices correctly

Assembling, packaging and labelling products ready for shipment

Checking and weighing raw materials

Ensuring that machine settings are correct

Maintaining a clean production environment

Running quality checks on, for example, the size and weight of the finished product, assembling, packaging and labelling

Simple machine maintenance.

Unloading goods by hand or forklift (if qualified)


Preferred Skills/ Experience
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Excellent punctuality and timekeeping

Temp to Perm, Full Time and Part Time positions available with an immediate start.
