We are recruiting a
ERP Systems Implementation ProjectManager for a business who are going through an exciting period of transformation

As Systems Project Manager, your aim will be to lead, deliver and fully support the successful implementation of a Netsuite ERP Implementation and its roll out across this multi-site organisation.

This role will be for c4-6mnths.

This role is key to the success of the new system implementation.

You will not only work as part of the project team to scope out current processes, implement and support users on the new system, but you will also be working with all stakeholders to ensurebest practice processes are used and process automation is maximised during its implementation.

You will be supporting the project team, Finance Director and Managing Director on the implementation and its successful delivery into the business.

Responsibilities include:

Identify and map out project and plan timescales of the tasks and activities required to successfully complete the project
Lead the project team through the lifecycle of the project including coordinating project activities ensuring these are assigned to the correct people in the project team
Ensure the project is kept on track and deliverables are achieved throughout
Monitor the project costs in line with budget assigned
Manage the process mapping and data migration
Implement a strong control environment in the new system, including documentation of key processes and procedures

Experience/Qualifications Required:

Previous experience of leading as Project Manager on a recent ERP Systems Implementation (ideally Netsuites) whilst having experience detailed in the duties above is essential for the success of this role, along with previous experience working within finance
- ideally with a finance and/or project management qualification.

As Systems Implementation Project Management, this role requires someone to start ASAP and provides hybrid working with 2/3 days in the Leicester Office then 2/3 days working from home.

This is very much a 'hands on' role where you will really get involved in the end-to-end implementation.

You will also have experience of working on a multi-site IT System implementation (travel to multiple sites will not be required), and possess excellentinterpersonal skills being experienced in communicating with people at all levels, and both financial and non-financial colleagues in the business.
