About the role

We at Connect Health are excited to be recruiting for a Team Manager to join our growing Patient Care Coordination centre (PCC).

Our PCC is the first point of contact for our patients and coordinates our referral process for our NHS contracts.

You would be joining the PCC at an exciting time as we focus on productivity, delivering our patient care initiatives and preparing ourselves for the future.

We are looking for inspirational leaders, who place coaching and people development at the heart of all they do.

You should be comfortable with complex information and getting involved in the detail, whilst having a strategic approach to all that you do.

You will be responsible for a specified business stream and driving the performance of approximately 15 Patient Care Advisors whilst empowering them to provide the best possible service.

As a Team Manger you will monitor and ensure the achievement of the team's operational performance KPI's, continuous improvement and personal development.

You will use data to drive performance and develop excellent working relationships with Service Managers across the business. As a proven leader you will coach and instil a high-performance culture.

Who we're looking for
You'll be a passionate team leader with a strong operational background and understanding of omni-channel environments.

Previous experience in a Team Manager role is essential, ideally from a contact centre environment.

You will be experience in working with numerical data and have the ability to interpret it accordingly to take necessary action.

You will be comfortable in making key service enhancement and patient centred decisions whilst operating within a compliant and governed environment where patient safety is of paramount importance.

What will stand you out from the rest will be your unwavering passion for your customers (in our case our patients) and inspiring your team to live this beliefs in every interaction, demonstrating our values of Dynamic, Pioneering, People Centred and Quality.

What makes us different?
Connect Health is a north east company with our head office at Quorum Business Park in Longbenton. This brings a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop as a colleague.

You'll be in the heart of what's going on and be able to develop your career as you become more experienced within the business.

But what makes us really different is the type of work we do and the purpose that every colleague at Connect has.

Whatever role we perform in - whether that's a Patient Care Advisor, a Physiotherapist or a Manager, what brings us all together is that we are there to improve the quality of our patients lives.

Every minute. Every day. And that's really rewarding.

About Connect
Connect Health was founded in 1989 by Professor Andrew Walton, who remains as the Group Executive Director.

Originally a Musculoskeletal service provider operating out of the North East of England, the business has grown to become a medium sized enterprise providing a range of Community-based services to the NHS, alongside Occupational Health services to the Corporate sector.

We are continually evolving our proposition to patient care, and we're building a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team where our clinical service provides care and expertise in chronic pain, rheumatology, and mental health alongside musculoskeletal therapy.

Within the NHS sector we deliver community services to over 10% of the population in England, commissioned by over 25 Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Our growth over the last 5 years is a testament to the high quality, efficient and effective care we provide through our clinical and support colleagues.

We are internationally recognised as an agent of change; driving innovation and transformation in collaboration with other NHS provider organisations that benefits our 3 stakeholders; patients, Colleagues, and commissioners.

We pride ourselves on offering people a great place to work that encourages an environment where people can be the best version of themselves every day.

Connect Health people are energetic, passionate and believe wholeheartedly in aspiring to excellence in the way we provide care at the clinical/patient interface no matter our role in the business.

It's been a ground breaking journey for us at Connect Health so far, and our growth continues to inspire and excite us
